    Setup and unfolding Tightening brake handle. Note: The screw of the brake handle was not tightened before the product was packed in the factory; the user should tighten the brake handle screw before using the scooter. Adjust brake handle to suitable position and lock it by inner hexagon spanner. Unfolding 1.
  • Page 10 4. Open the quick-release at top end of T-tube. 5. Insert and secure left and right handlebars by pressing the spring- loaded buttons and inserting them into T-tube. Make certain BOTH handlebars are properly locked into the T-bar by spring-loaded buttons.

    Check and adjust Check collar clamp Using a 5 mm Allen wrench, check that collar clamp bolt is tightened securely. This item is tightened and quality inspected at the factory, but there is a slight chance that the effects of shipping or handling may have caused this bolt to loosen.

If there is abnormal noise, turn up the scooter to let its bottom upward and add 3 to 5 points ballbearingoil to the gaps between flywheel and bearing, wait for a minute to let ballbearingoil infiltrate into the flywheel.

    Don’t use WD40 for this especially removes the grease from the bearings and this will result in defects. Regulairly make sure all parts of the Space Scooter® are fasten tight. The caps under the tray shelf can get loose by vibrations. Therefore it is important that you regularly check everything to see if it's still in place and fastened tight.
