    INTENDED USE is intended for treating VECTOR et CPAP obstructive sleep apnea in patients with a weight of 30 kg and higher. The device generates a continuous positive airway pressure in order to keep the upper respiratory tract unobstructed. The device is not suitable for being used with patients who need artificial respiration.

    CONTRAINDICATIONS Respiratory therapy may be contraindicated in patients with the following preexisting diseases: • Bullous lung diseases • Pneumothorax • Very low blood pressure • Air accumulation after open craniocerebral trauma or other head injuries In case of an inflammation of the paranasal sinuses or the middle ear, it might be indicated to stop the therapy.
