3. Tap the Video Capture button
The length of the recording is displayed at the upper-right corner of
the screen.
You can tap the Capture button

You can use the pinch gesture to use the dynamic zoom feature while
you're recording video. Spread your fingers on the screen to zoom in
and pinch to zoom back out.

It sets the format for the image.
JPG sets the image to the standard JPG format.
RAW JPG sets the camera to save the image in JPEG and DNG formats.
