(8) Check the input signal
Is each waveform confirmed with the following terminal of IC12?

(If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
Check operation of IC12(ADV7511)
(9) Check power supply.
Are 1.8V or 3.3V supplied to IC12(each power supply pin)?
(10) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in IC12 (38pin), when the power
is turned on? (If the waveform is not the reference waveform,
proceed to NO.)
(11) Check output signal.
Is TMDS waveform confirmed at IC9(112pin/113pin/115pin/116pi
n/118pin/119pin/121pin/122pin).
(If the waveform is not the reference waveform, proceed to NO.)
Check operation of IC9(ADV7623)
(12) Check power supply.
Are 1.8V or 3.3V supplied to IC9(each power supply pin)?
(13) Check xtal oscillator.
Is oscillation of XTAL1(28.6363MHz) transmitted?
(14) Check RESET.
Is RESET waveform confirmed in IC9 (97pin), when the power
is turned on? (If the waveform is not the reference waveform,
proceed to NO.)
The pattern and circuit from the HDMI connector (JACK6) to the
IC(IC9)
are
defective, or HDMI output circuitry is defective (IC9 and
surrounding circuitry).
