Attaching the Grass Catcher
I.
Followstepsbelowto assemble the grass catcher. M akecertainbagisturned
rightsideout before assembling (warninglabelwill beonthe outside).

Place bagoverframesothat its black plasticsideisat the bottom.

Place grasscatcher i nto the slotsinthe handlebrackets asshownin
Figure 8. Letgo ofdischarge doorsothat it restsonthe grasscatcher.
Toremove grasscatcher, l ift reardischarge d ooron the mower.Lift grass catcherup
andoffthe slotsin the handlebrackets. R elease r eardischarge doortoallowit to
close rearopeningof mower.

Slide two hooksof sidedischarge coverunderhingepinon mulching cover
assembly. Lowermulching cover. D onot remove sidemulching coverat any
time,evenwhenyouarenot mulching.

Cutting Height
There isacutting heightadjustmentleverlocated above the front andrearright
wheel.

Pullthe heightadjustment l everoutwardtowardswheel(unitwill tendto
fallwhen leverismoved outward).SeeFigure 10.

Moveleverto desired positionforachangeincuttingheight.SeeFigure 10.
3.
Release l evertowards deck.
IMPORTANT: All wheels mustbeplacedinthe sameposition. F orroughor uneven
lawns,moveeachheightadjustment l everto ahigherposition. T hiswill preventyou
fromcutting thegrasstoo close to the ground.
