Bring the cursor on [ËHDTV ADJ] and press [ENTER].
[ËHDTV ADJ FINISH] appears when finished.
Adjustment conditions
1. Place the set under the following conditions.
AV mode: DYNAMIC
Aging time: Min. 60 minutes
2. Connect the white balance adjustment instrument to the set.
Optical instrument: Minolta CA-210
PC
RS-232C communication cable
3. Using the RS-232C command, get the two-point adjustment screen
displayed.
∫ Two-point adjustment mode (MSET0000)
∫ Adjustment value initialization (MSET0004)
∫ Low-level adjustment point setting (SDML0070)
∫ High-level adjustment point setting (SDMH0187)
1. Set the low-level adjustment point to 57 (SDML0070). Using a
command, adjust the RB setting so that the chromaticity level of low-
level adjustment pattern should become as specified. <G fixed>
2. Set the high-level adjustment point to 204 (SDMH0187). Using a
command, adjust the RGB setting so that the chromaticity level of high-
level adjustment pattern should become as specified.
<Negative adjustment>
3. Using the MSET0003 command, write the adjusted settings and turn off
the AC power.
