Tone Channel Guard Decode (FCN 2 6)
When the FCN 2 6 function is selected the radio displays
[CG DEC] and looks for an on channel signal modulated
with 210.7 Hz tone. If the tone is present the squelch is
opened.

RADIO ALIGNMENT PROCEDURE

To align the radio, test mode operation must be used as
described in the Test Preparation section. Refer to Figure 1
for location of adjustment controls. Refer to Figures 3, 4, and
5 for Troubleshooting, Control Signal, and Power Distribu-
tion Diagrams.
