VII. TROUBLESHOOTING
Symptoms
No cooling
Not cold
enough
temperature
inside
Moisture
build on inter
or exterior
wine cooler
Dew on the glass surface
If the weather is wet or in rainy days, there may be some dew on the wine cellar
surface. It is a normal case and adjusting the temperature of the wine cellar to
reduce the dew. The higher temperature inside the wine cellar results in less dew
on the glass door. Please use a soft dry cloth to clean the dew.
Possible cause
Plug not put in
Low voltage
Fuse broken
The wine cooler
is near heat
source;
Poor
ventilation;
Fans don't
work;
High humidity
Gap between
cabinet and
door gasket
Prolonged or
frequent door
openings
Put in the plug
Ensure normal voltage
Change fuse
Keep the wine cooler away from
sunshine or other heat source;
Place the wine cooler on the place with
good ventilation and Keep things away
from the fans;
Check whether the plug is connected
or change the fan;
Please use a soft and dry cloth to
clean the dew.
Ensure door gaskets for proper seal.
Reduce time and frequency when door
is open
