Unlock the packaging locks:

Smart Stunts RC Cruiser
Rotate the packaging lock 90 degrees counter-
clockwise.
Pull out the packaging lock and discard.
Turn the packaging lock counter-clockwise
several times.
Pull out and discard the packaging lock.
