2. After connecting the power supply (NVR4POE) or power cord (NVR8POE) to the NVR, flip the power switch to the “ON” position represented by a (•) on the NVR4POE and a () on the NVR8POE 3. The Power LED should turn green and the unit will begin to start. After the device starting up, the wizard will guide you through the initial settings, including modifying password, date and time settings, network settings, HDD initializing, and recording. -
