3. Using your corded base phone

3.1

Making a call

1.
Enter the phone number and pick up the corded handset or press SPEAKER on
corded base to dial the phone number.
3.2

Placing a speed dial call

1.
In idle mode, press and hold a key from 1 to 9 until the number is displayed and dialed.
3.3

Answering a call

1.
Pick up the corded handset or press SPEAKER on corded base to answer the
incoming call.
3.4

Ending a call

1.
During a call, press SPEAKER or put the corded handset on the corded base cradle.

Adjusting volume

1.
During a call, press +/- to adjust the volume.
3.6

Dialing from the redial list

1.
Press - and then +/- to scroll and select the entry you want to redial.

Pick up the corded handset or press SPEAKER to dial the number from the line.

Dialing from the call list

1.
Press RIGHT/CALLS LIST and then +/- to scroll and select the entry you want to dial.
2.
Press #/PAUSE/FORMAT to toggle the format of the dialing number.

Pick up the corded handset or press SPEAKER to dial the number from the line.

Muting a call

1.
During a call, press MUTE to mute the microphone and "MUTED" will be displayed on
the screen. You can talk to someone else in the room without your caller hearing you.
2.
Press MUTE again to resume the microphone.
