- Page 5 IMPORTANT! If your phones are not connected to a central “control box” (a.k.a. KSU, or Key Service Unit), you will need a special adapter to give you MOH capability. Call AMTC Technical Support for information about this adapter.
- Page 6 This cable probably has a 3.5mm mono male connector on the end, which is the type of output connectors used on the RemoteLink IP player. Simply remove this connector from the radio or CD/tape player headphone connector and plug it into either ZONE 1 OUTPUT or ZONE 2 OUTPUT of the RemoteLink IP player.

- Page 8 Assuming your audio output connection(s) is(are) correct, when you connect power you should hear three short diagnostic tones, followed by one tone of a higher pitch. This indicates that the RemoteLink has connected to your network. It does NOT indicate that the player has connected to our servers via the internet.
