  • Page 5 IMPORTANT! If your phones are not connected to a central “control box” (a.k.a. KSU, or Key Service Unit), you will need a special adapter to give you MOH capability. Call AMTC Technical Support for information about this adapter.
  • Page 6 This cable probably has a 3.5mm mono male connector on the end, which is the type of output connectors used on the RemoteLink IP player. Simply remove this connector from the radio or CD/tape player headphone connector and plug it into either ZONE 1 OUTPUT or ZONE 2 OUTPUT of the RemoteLink IP player.

  • Page 8 Assuming your audio output connection(s) is(are) correct, when you connect power you should hear three short diagnostic tones, followed by one tone of a higher pitch. This indicates that the RemoteLink has connected to your network. It does NOT indicate that the player has connected to our servers via the internet.

So that this does not result in interruption of service during business hours, the RemoteLink IP may be set to poll only during non- business hours. This setting is made via the website.
