    0 – GENERAL INFORMATION 0.1 Identi cation of the document This instruction manual, carried out by D'Alessandro Termomeccanica, is an integral part of the machine. The reproduction of any part of this manual, in any form, is strictly forbidden. 0.2 Aim of the document The aim of this manual is to allow the machine users to employ it in the better conditions of safety for people, animals and things.

    1 - SAFETY and RESIDUAL RISKS 1.0 Risks connected to the use of the machine The machine is built according to the essential safety requirements required by the European Directives. The European and National Standards concerning the safety of this type of machine have been considered during the planning.

    2 – DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE 2.0 General information Heat generator type "Marina" with three ways for smoke, on base [2], is carried out in steel suitable for the thermal shocks, and it is made up of a firebox with a cast iron grate [3] that can be reached by means of an insulated door [6], the tube nest [8], that can be reached too for the cleaning operations trough the door [7] and the fume pipe fittings [16].

    6 - CLEANING 6.0 General information The firebox and the flues must be periodically cleaned from the combustion solid residues (ashes). Keeping the flues free from ashes ensure the draught efficacy and then the best efficiency of heat . 6.1 Operation mode and periodicity Firebox: The check and the cleaning of the amount of combustion residues in the firebox [3] must be carried out every day by opening the door [6].

    11 – INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION 11.1 GENERAL PRESCRIPTIONS 11.1.1 REFERENCES All the persons that makes the electric and hydraulic installation of the heat generator must be inscribed in the register of the Installer Company according the L. 46/90. The installer both for the hydraulic and for the electrics connection must release the Certificate of Conformity according the L.

    11.2.5 FLUE During the installation phase we recommend installing the flue at least 1 m higher than the roof and everything else that is about 10 m near. 11.2.6 NATURAL DRAUGHT The flue section and height must ensure that there is a depression of at least 10 Pa.(1 mm water of column) on the fume pipe fitting end.
