Do not short-circuit a battery's contacts.
Do not open batteries.
Do not expose batteries to temperatures above 100° C.
The Condor Battery Charger device has been designed for indoor use.
When recharging, the surrounding temperature should be between 5° C and
45° C. If the temperature is not within this range, recharging will be suspended
until the correct temperature has been reached.
Do not use any other power supply with the charger. Only use the external
AC/DC converter unit provided with Condor.
This device should not be used by people (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental abilities, unless being assisted by an approved
safety guardian who has read the device's instructions in full.
Children must not play with this device.
Installation
The charger can be fixed to a wall or placed on any flat surface. An internal fan
ensures that the inside of the charger unit's case is well ventilated; however do not
obstruct the 10 holes at the front of the charger (either side of the LEDs) or the holes
at the back of the charger.
Plugging in the Charger
Connect the power supply unit to the socket found on the side of the charger unit's
case, then connect to the nearest available power outlet. When plugged in, the 5
LEDs at the front of the charger will first turn orange, then they will turn off before
finally flashing green.
Setting up the Batteries
Place the batteries on the charger (gold contact side down). When the batteries have
been detected, their corresponding LEDs will turn red. If any red lights do not
appear, check the corresponding batteries have been correctly positioned (with the
plated side at the back of the compartment).
