File does not exist or is in
the wrong format
Insufficient Memory
The handset is charging in the off state. Press and hold the Red key
to switch the handset ON.
Turn Bluetooth on. Set visibility to Show. Possible compatibility
issues. Manufacturers incorporate different Bluetooth profiles. Not all
functionality is supported.
Change Smart fit mode in Browser > Settings > Advanced Settings
Check a valid (U)SIM card is inserted

Enter the correct PIN code supplied by your service provider
Contact your service provider to get the PUK code
Check the file type is supported by the handset.
On your PC or MAC, make sure the file is closed. Re-send the file
using Join Me or Bluetooth transfer.
Handset memory is full. Delete unwanted files, messages, emails
& videos to create more user space.
