Check IC402 and related circuit.

Does the input signal appear at Pin 103, 105, 102 and 104 of
IC402 (DHS,DVS,DEN,DCLK)?
Does the analog video signal appear at
R107, R108, R109? (RED, GREEN, BLUE)
appear at R104 and R103? (AHS, AVS)
Does the video signal
appear at the output port?
