STARTING OR SERVICING HEATER. IMPROPER USE OF HEATER CAN
CAUSE SERIOUS INjURY. KEEP THIS MANUAL FOR FUTURE REFERENCE.

in accorDance with stanDarD ansi z83.7- csa 2.14. check with your
local fire safety authority if you have questions about applications.
Carbon Monoxide Poisoning: Some people are more
affected by carbon monoxide than others. Early signs of
carbon monoxide poisoning resemble the flu, with headaches,
dizziness, and/or nausea. If you have these signs, the heater
may not be working properly. Get fresh air at once! Have
heater serviced.
Propane Gas: Propane gas is odorless. An odor making agent is
added to propane gas. The odor helps you detect a propane gas
leak. However, the odor added to propane gas can fade. Propane
gas may be present even though no odor exists.
Make certain you read and understand all warnings. Keep this
manual for reference. It is your guide to safe and proper
operation of this heater.
• For outdoor use only. Do not use inside house, camper, tent,
vehicle, or any type of unvented or enclosed area.
• Area must be well ventilated. Provide minimum openings of
1 sq ft (.093 m²) near the floor and 1 sq ft. (.093 m²) near the
ceiling. Do not use inside house, camper, tent, vehicle, or any
type of unvented or enclosed area.
• Maintain minimum clearance from normal combustible
materials (like paper) as follows: Sides - 3 ft. (.91m); Top and
Front - 5 ft. (1.5m). Locate 10 ft. (3m) from canvas or plastic
tarpaulins or similar coverings and secure them to prevent
flapping or movement due to wind action.
• Use heater in areas free from open flames, combustible
vapors, and dust.
• Do not expose to wind.
• Never operate heater while sleeping or unattended.
• Use only propane gas set up for vapor withdrawal. If there is any
question about vapor withdrawal, ask your propane/LP dealer.
• For use with 20 lb propane cylinders.
• The LP gas cylinder must be constructed and marked in
accordance with the specifications for the LP gas cylinders of the
US Department of Transportation (DOT) or Transport Canada.
• Keep all connections and fittings clean. Make sure propane/
LP tank valve is clean. Check "O" ring on heater inlet fuel
