Instruction Manual of SousVide: SVQ-6L
Temperature Setting (Upper)
Actual Temperature is shown when
machine is power on. Press Up and Down
to set wanted temperature. Then press
Go/Stop to start Sous Vide Cook. When
heating starts. Green light is ON.
When Set Temp is level with or higher than
Actual Temp., heating stops automatically.
Green light is off.
When temperature is dropped than Set
temperature,
heating
immediately, so heating is auto-balance at
Set Temperature.
*If Go/Start is pressed to stop operation,
or Auto-stop, Memorized Setting of last
Setting will be resumed.
Timer setting ( Lower)
Press "Hour" to set rotationally 0-30 hour.
Or Press "Minute" to set rotationally 0-59
minute.
When timer is auto-stop, last setting is
resumed.

Reset (Upper)
Press this button to cancel
setting. All setting will
resume zero when it is
pressed, but it functions
only in setting step.
During operation, it is
inactivated.
Preset Programming (P)
Press to show C1, set
Temperature and Timer,
Press SousVide Go/Stop
can memorize this setting
and start operation at the
same time. Or press again
to show C2, repeat to set
from C1-C8.

SousVide Function :
(Upper)
Press this Go/Stop to start
SousVide cook after
setting is done. Blue light
at left side of timer will be
"Blinding" and timer
starts counting down.
When it coms to
Auto-Stop, 3 seconds
Beep will be sounded.
Power On/Off
After plug-in power, press
this button to switch on
and LED display is lighted
up.
To switch Off, Press and
HOLD  3 seconds.
