THE STOPWATCH HAND POSITION

1. Pull out the crown to the first click, and
turn it clockwise until the previous day's
date appears.
2 . P u l l o u t t h e c r o w n t o t h e s e c o n d c l i c k
w h e n t h e s m a l l s e c o n d h a n d i s a t t h e 1 2
o'clock position.
3 . Turn the crown clockwise until the desired
date appears.
4 . Turn the crown to set the hour and minute
h a n d s .
5 . Push the crown back in to the normal position
in accordance with a time signal.
N o t e s :
1. Do not set the date between 9:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m., as
the date may not change properly.

2. When setting the hour hand, be sure to check that AM/
PM is correctly set. The watch is so designed that the
date changes once in 24 hours.
* Turn the hands past the 12 o'clock marker to determine
whether the watch is set for the A.M. or P.M. period. If
the date changes, the time is set for the A.M. period. If
not, the time is set for the P.M. period.
3. When setting the minute hand, first advance it 4 to 5
minutes ahead of the desired time and then turn it back
to the exact minute.

1. Pull out the crown to the second click.
2. Press button A. The stopwatch 1/5-second
hand turns a full circle.
3. P r e s s b u t t o n A r e p e a t e d l y t o r e s e t t h e
stopwatch 1/5-second hand to the "0" position.
4. P r e s s b u t t o n B . T h e s t o p w a t c h m i n u t e
hand turns a full circle.
5. P r e s s b u t t o n B r e p e a t e d l y t o r e s e t t h e
s t o p w a t c h h o u r a n d m i n u t e h a n d t o t h e
"0" position.
* The stopwatch hour hand moves correspondingly
with the stopwatch minute hand.
* The stopwatch hands turn continuously if
t h e r e s p e c t i v e b u t t o n s a r e k e p t p r e s s e d ,
a n d t h e h a n d s s t o p w h e n t h e r e s p e c t i v e
buttons are released.
6. Push the crown back in to the normal position.

• The stopwatch can measure up to 12 hours
i n 1 / 5 s e c o n d i n c r e m e n t s .
•The measured time is indicated by the three
s t o p w a t c h h a n d s t h a t m o v e i n d e p e n d e n t l y
o f t h e h a n d s f o r t i m e d i s p l a y .
• W h e n t h e m e a s u r e m e n t r e a c h e s 1 2 h o u r s ,
the stopwatch automatically stops counting.
