    Set Up and Usage Instructions 1. Loosen the stem tube clamp bolts with the 5mm hex wrench and push the stem tube onto the fork until it bottoms out onto the fork headset lock nut. 2. With the front wheel pointed straight forward, the handlebars should be square to the front wheel; tighten the stem tube clamp bolts evenly and securely.
