Delete the selected channel.

Complete the Change order process.
Copy a channel from a list of favorite channels to another list.
Go to another list of favorite channels. The list of favorite channels
switches to another list each time D
is selected with the remote control.
Enter a number using the remote control to display the corresponding
channel.
Return to the previous menu.
