mode from off to on.

Are the cables connected well?
(12pin, 4pin, 400pin)

Insert cables well.
Yes
Power B/D works well?
HDD jumper is located
in Master?
31pin flat cables are
connected well?
Check U1, U7, U11.
Are these ICs wrong?
Change ICs.
