Always place the Roaster Oven on a nonflammable, non-burnable, heat-resistant surface, such as a countertop or table, when cooking. Operate Roaster Oven in a well-ventilated area away from walls, cabinets and other combustible materials. Wash the wire cooking rack with handles, lid and liner in warm soapy water.
