CLEANING AND CARE

CAUTION:
Before cleaning, unplug the unit
from the mains. Plastic parts,
except those mentioned below,
should be cleaned with a lightly
dampened cloth and wiped dry
afterwards.
Tank Cleaning
-
Remove Water Tank D from the
unit and unscrew the Tank Cap;
wipe away any limescale present
with a clean soft cloth, then wash
it with clean water. We recommend
cleaning the Water Tank D every
two to three weeks.

Flume Cleaning
-
If there is any limescale in Flume
E , wipe it using a soft cloth, then
wash it with clean water.

Ultrasonic Nebulizer Cleaning
-
Apply detergent to the surface of
Ultrasonic Nebulizer G , then pour
in warm water and wait for 5
minutes. Gently brush around the
opening and rinse again with clean
water. Take special care not to

Silver Ion Anti Bacterial Filter
Cleaning
-
Remove Silver Ion Anti- Bacterial
Filter J from the Flume and wash
it. The lifetime of the Anti- Bacterial
Filter J is about one year.

Maintenance of the Ion Exchanger
-
The lifetime of the Ion Exchanger
O is about two years. To keep it
working effectively clean it monthly.
Detach Ion Exchanger O by
unscrewing Water Cap M , then
dip the resin in brine (30%) for ten
minutes. Finally reattach Ion
Exchanger O by screwing the
Water Cap M back on.

Cleaning the Enclosure
-
The plastic enclosure should be
cleaned with mild soap and a damp
cloth. Thoroughly remove any
soapy residue with a dry cloth.
