set, make sure the cable is plugged firmly into the "Audio Out" port of the

When using the optical cable to connect the Base Unit and TV set, make
sure
1) the optical cable is connected with the Base Unit and TV set properly
2) the Audio input mode switch on the Base Unit is switched into " Optical
audio input".
