Basic Troubleshooting

Below tips is how to deal with the technical situations that you may encounter:
problem
The key is turned to
the ON position, but
there is no drive.
The key is turned to
the ON position, the
battery gauge shows
charge, but there is
no drive.
The scooter takes
too long to brake
and it doesn't brake
completely.
The scooter stops
after a while.
Scooter is always
losing speed
cause
The amperage may
be too low to drive
and may need
charging.
The brake may be
engaged, which
disables the
controller.
The brake needs
adjusting.
The batteries may
need to be charged
Batteries may be
weak
solution
Fully charge the batteries
Depress and unlock the hand brake
Rotate the brake cable adjuster away
from the brake lever
Fully charge the batteries, and/or have
the batteries tested.
Recharge it for 6-8 hours. It may need
replacement if they discharge too quickly.
