    Charging the Batteries Before you ride the mobility scooter for the first time you must charge the batteries for 6—8 hours using the supplied charger. To charge the batteries, plug the charger into the charger port of scooter at the lower left, then plug the charger into a wall outlet.

    Assembly Instructions The packaging will contain the assembled scooter frame, elbow tube, tiller and handlebar, charger, tool bag, front basket, helmet, standard seat and seat post assembly. Step 1: Insert the elbow tube into the groove of scooter chassis, and screw tightly with the attached screws.
