I cannot change the settings of the monitors connected to the dock.
To solve the problem, do the following:
1. Right-click the desktop and select Graphics Properties. The "Intel
window is displayed.
2. Click Display and select the external display monitor from the Select Display drop-down list box.
3. Ensure that you do not select Maintain Aspect Ratio or Maintain Display Ratio from the Scaling
drop-down list box.
If the problem persists, disconnect the dock from the notebook computer and remove the power adapter
from the dock. Then, reconnect the power adapter to the dock and reconnect the dock to the notebook
computer.
