After the modem has been connected to your computer, you have to install the software which
is required to drive your modem. The installation software is pretty easy to install and executes
automatically. During the installation process, the system will request you enter your Internet
account ID and password.
After the software installation process has been completed, you have to restart the system in
order to surf on the Web. The first time you restart your computer after the installation, you will
probably see a modem access icon on the screen of your computer. After clicking that icon, you
will go through the Internet on-ramp to the Internet highway. If you cannot access the Internet,
consult your ISP.
