12 Inch Grill
Citrus Honey Marinated Salmon
Serves: 6
Ingredients:
6 6-oz. salmon fillets or steaks
salt and pepper to taste
Marinade:
1 whole lime - juiced

lemon - juiced

orange - juiced

2 tbs. finely minced red onion
2 tbs. honey
2 tbs. olive oil
Method:
1. Combine ingredients for the marinade.
2. Place salmon in a shallow dish. Pour marinade over
salmon. Marinate in the refrigerator, turning once for
about 1 hour.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Place drained salmon on preheated grill. Add salt and
pepper to taste. Close the lid and grill to desired
doneness (about 5-6 minutes).

Grilled Asparagus
Serves: 6-8
Ingredients:
25 spears of asparagus
basting sauce:
1

cup softened butter

cup orange juice concentrate

Method:
1. Combine butter and orange juice concentrate.
2. Brush asparagus spears with basting mixture.
3. Preheat grill.
4. Place on grill until lightly browned on the outside.
