Delete: allows you to delete one or more voice recordings. Tap the recordings to delete and

tap Done. Tap OK to confirm the deletion.
Change category: Assign the recording to a category.

Sort by: Choose an order for the list of recordings.
l
Search: Enter keywords to find a recording.
l
Manage categories: Enter and modify categories, used to organize recordings.
l
Settings: The following settings are available:
l
Storage: Choose where your recordings will be saved, to the device memory, or to an
o
optional installed memory card (not included).
Recording quality: Set the recording quality to High, Normal, or Limit for multimedia
o
messages.
Recording volume: Choose a base volume for recordings.
o
Contextual filename: Choose whether the phone automatically creates a filename that
o
includes location information. When turned On, contextual filenames are assigned when
the Location tag options is turned On in the Camera, and the phone is connected with a
network.
Default name: Enter a default name for new recordings.
o
Noise reduction: Choose whether the phone uses noise reduction during recording, to
o
improve recording quality.
Logo display: When turned On, a logo displays during recording. Tap the ON/OFF
o
switch to turn the option On, and then tap Logo display to select an image, picture, or
text to use as the logo.
Location tag: When enabled, stores location information in the voice recording file.
