Shock Absorbers
Optional Superlift Air Adjustable
Shock Absorbers allow you to ride
with the trunk or load space of your
car or station wagon fully loaded but
with no annoying sag or bumps. Air
is added to the rear shocks as needed
through the air valve loc.ated in the
rear bumper as shown in the illus-
tration to the right. A minimum pres-
sure of 10-15 psi. · should be main-
tained at all times. After the car is
loaded, pressure may be increased
until the rear of the vehicle reaches
the desired riding height or to a max-
Imum of 90 psi.
Automatic Level Control - Superlift
Air Adjustable Shock Absorbers
equipped with Automatic Level Con-
trol adjust automatically for changes
in rear height requirements. No man-
ual adjustments are necessary.
