Quick set up guide
1. Set up screen
a. Take out of the bag, Unroll, unfold
b. Inflate by closing both valves on right side of the screen first
c. Open the large valve on the left side of the screen and using your handheld blower
inflate the screen to a standing position and close the big valve.

Unscrew the small valve that is on top of the large valve you just closed and using your
handheld blower proceed to inflate the screen so that it is solid and the screen has
stretched
e. Zip on screen surface and attach tethers to D-Rings

2. Set up Speakers
(for more details see manual provided)
a. Put speaker stands on either side of the screen, Place the speakers on the stands
b. Connect the power to your speakers
c. Connect the audio cables to the back of the speakers and then into the AUDIO OUT at
the back of the projector.
d. Volume is controlled via the level switch at the back of the speakers
3. Set up Projector and DVD player
a. Put the projector on a stand approx 4m – 5m away from the screen and approx 70cm
high
b. Connect the projector to the power
c. Connect one end of the HDMI cable to your projector and the other end into your DVD
player
d. Connect your Blu-ray to the power
TURN everything on, power boards, speakers, projector and DVD player
Make sure you have selected HDMI as your source on the projector by using the remote, insert disk and
press play.

    SETUP GUIDE NROLLING CREEN 1. After deciding on set up location and whether projection will be front or rear it is time to unroll the screen. For outdoor application we recommend using a tarp under the screen secured down with tent pegs to help keep screen clean.
  • Page 4 3. Once unrolled, unfold the screen once to have it in its ‘inflation ready’ position. The screens white surface area is now sitting in half on the rectangular base. You are now ready to inflate your screen. 4. Ensure one inflation / deflation valve is sealed completely. Have your handheld blower ready for inflation.
  • Page 5 6. Holding the blower to the valve the screen will start to inflate slowly (takes approximately 3 minutes). Once screen has inflated enough to stand up on its own, remove the blower and seal the first valve. Screen inflates as pictured below when inflated from the “inflation ready” position. 7.
  • Page 6 8. You must now have your stakes ready for this step. From each corner of the bottom of the frame there is a D-ring with a tether attached. Find this D-ring / tether, and then from each corner walk out 2 -3 LARGE STEPS (approximately 2-3 metres) and twist the stake into the ground and connect that tether using the clip.

    PEAKER SETUP Placement of speakers 1. The HandiTheatre System is supplied standard with two (2x) 8” Behringer powered speakers. 2. To ensure optimum quality, volume and stereo separation speakers are best placed one on each side of the screen frame.

    Powering ON the Projector 1. Remove the lens cap. 2. Turn on the lamp by pressing “POWER” button either on the top of the projector or on the remote. The Power LED will now turn Green. 3. The startup screen will display in approximately 10-15 seconds. 4.

    ONNECTING CCESSORIES IPod, MP3, MiniDisk 1. A special audio cable is required ( 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm jack plug at each end) to operate Ipod / Mp3 players 2. Plug the mini jack plug into the iPod/MP3 player and the other end into IPOD Input of the projector. 3.

  • Page 11 OLDING UP CREEN 1. Unclip tethers from stakes, and roll up neatly. Place on screen. Deflation 1. Undo the inflation / deflation values on each side and allow deflating. 2. To speed up deflation, unseal only one valve, remove the nozzle on the blower from the inflation nozzle at the front, and connect to the deflation nozzle on the side.

    CARING FOR YOUR SCREEN ENERAL CARE 1. The easiest way to care for your screen, is to keep it clean and dry. Always set up your screen on a tarpaulin to prevent it from coming into contact with the ground, grass, dirt or sand that may dirty your screen.
