    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Open the box, and take the scooter unit, wrench, stem cap for handlebar, bolts, and Velcro band from the box. Please check whether all parts and components are complete or not. STEP 1 UNFOLD SCOOTER Grasp the steering tube with one hand,and raise it up to full unfolding,and screw in both of the knobs with the...
  • Page 7 STEP 2 HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY Place the handlebar set onto the steering tube in the center. (Note: the brake lever shall be in the right) Cover the handlebar with the stem cap. Screw in the bolts, adjust proper angle of handlebar, and then tighten the bolts to complete the assembly.

    CHECK BEFORE RIDING     1. First of all, please make sure the brakes are working. Press the brake lever on the handlebars to ensure brakes are working correctly. 2. Secondly, please check whether the knobs are tightened and the handlebars are sturdy 3.
