Shredder Capacity: Paper Jams: The CD1412 will shred 12 sheets of A4 70g paper at once or 1 Credit Card or 1 x DVD/CD, The CC1610 is equipped with a motor overload/overheat protection device and the power and will accept paper width up to 220mm.When shredding smaller items like envelopes or may terminate automatically in case of the following situations: credit card receipts/Credit Cards, insert them through the middle of the feed slot.

Waste Emptying: When you empty the waste bin, please make sure the shredder is switched off and unplugged. Place the Waste Bin back into the shredder, ensuring it is done correctly otherwise it will not work. Paper can easily wrap around the shredder blades if the waste bin is allowed to get too full, therefore please empty the waste bin after shredding approx 85 A4 Sheets.
