Insert the Sliding Track into Main Frame.
Tighten Quick release button to secure the
Main Frame and Sliding Track.
Make sure that all parts are tightened before you use the Hip Shaper.
To protect the floor or carpet from damage, place a mat under the Hip Shaper.
