The Zennox D3939 unit is automatically powered when connected to the mains. If there is no power after changing the fuse and checking the wiring, possible reasons could include:
1. The device is not properly connected to the mains.
2. The power outlet is faulty.
3. The internal components of the unit are defective.

It is advised not to attempt maintenance while the device is connected to the mains. If the problem persists, contact customer service and do not use the unit in a defective state.
