Large size stainless steel camera housing

1. Open the housing
Unscrew the four screws on the rear flange and remove it.
Be careful not to lose screws, washers and O-rings.
2. Prepare the housing to install the camera, sliding the upper rail away
from the lower rail.
3. Install the camera
Mount the camera on the internal rail using one of the ¼" screws supplied
and the plastic washer. Use the included spacers to adjust its height
position.
Slide the upper rail back on the lower rail into the housing
Feed the cables through the cable glands on the bottom and perform
electrical and video connections according to the instructions in the
camera installation manual and, if necessary, in points 4 and 5.
Check the proper position of the seal in its groove on the rear flange.
Tighten the cable glands up till an 8 Nm torque ratio.
Close the housing tightening the six screws on the rear flange to the main
body.
4. Only on housings with heater system.
Perform the input and output (to the camera) voltage connections using
the PCB installed inside the housing near the rear flange.
5. Only on housings with wash wiper system [110/240VAC]
Connect correct supply voltage between the BLUE wire (line) and the
WHITE wire (neutral).
Connecting the BLUE wire (line) to the GREEN wire, the wiper works until
the GREEN wire is disconnected, then the wiper parks itself to its initial
position.
A normally open switch, connected between the BLUE and GREEN wires,
can be used for this operation.
Only on housings with wash wiper system [24VAC/VDC]
Connect correct supply voltage between the GREEN wire (line) and the
GREY wire (GND).
Connecting the GREY wire (GND) to the BLUE wire, the wiper works until
the BLUE wire is disconnected, then the wiper parks itself to its initial
position.
A normally open switch, connected between the GREY and BLUE wires,
can be used for this operation.
6. Use the screws at the bottom of the housing to fasten the housing to its
proper support.
