Transmission Distances The maximum transmission distance for the S2Konnect N-3010AVB 10/100/1000Base-T adapter, is 100m, you have to use a Category 5 unshielded twisted pair cable or better. -

Is the maximum transmission distance exceeded (see page 10)? If you have any other S2Konnect adapter installed, compare your setup with this adapter. If the problem persists, you can analyze the status of the network adapter with the aid of the LEDs and the diagnostics programs. -

S2Konnect’s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be, at S2Konnect’s option, either return of the price paid, or repair or replacement of the SOFTWARE or HARD- WARE that does not meet S2Konnect’s Limited Warranty and which is returned to S2Konnect GmbH with a copy of your receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE or HARDWARE has resulted from accident, abuse, or misapplication. -
