to misuse or abuse. Misuse specifically includes, but is not limited to, maintaining
proper oil levels of the correct lubricant, and adjusting slip-clutches to provide
proper protection to Gearbox Components. Warranty is One Year for seals. Seals
are viewed as normal wear items and replacement will be the customer's
responsibility. Gearboxes will either be replaced or rebuilt at Land Pride's
discretion.
