I have a Vectra 1850, since the store I brought my machine from closed I am having a hard time finding someone to move my machine over in my basement. If I can find a way to take the weights out, it can be moved . Can you tell me how to do it

To remove the weights from a Vectra Fitness 1850 machine for easier moving, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the Machine: Ensure the machine is not connected to any power source if applicable.
2. Access the Weight Stack: Locate the weight stack, usually enclosed with a shroud or cover. Remove any panels or covers that protect the weight stack using appropriate tools (typically a screwdriver or Allen wrench).
3. Remove the Selector Pin: Pull out the weight selector pin that connects the lifting mechanism to the weight plates.
4. Detach the Top Plate: The top plate is usually attached to the guide rods and lifting mechanism. Disconnect any cables or connectors from the top plate carefully.
5. Slide Off the Weight Plates: One by one, lift and slide the weight plates up and off the guide rods. Take care to lift properly to avoid injury.
6. Secure Loose Parts: After removing weights, secure any loose cables or hardware to prevent damage during the move.
Reverse the process to reassemble the machine after moving. Always refer to the user manual if available.
