5.2 Word Finder
1. Press ENTER to select "Word Finder".
2. Select the word list you want to use. You can
choose between lists 1, 2 and 3.
3. Press UP/DOWN and then press ENTER to
select a list.
4. Press ENTER again after "Ready?"
5. T h e g a m e p r o n o u n c e s a w o r d f r o m t h e
selected list. Press UP/DOWN to select the
right word and then press ENTER.
6. If correct, you see the message "Excellent" and
the game continues to the next word.
7. If incorrect, the game pronounces the right
word, and then the game continues to the next
word.
8. After completing all the words from the selected
list, your score is displayed.
6. Review Function
• Press "
".
• Press UP/DOWN to select the word list you want
to use and then press ENTER. You can choose
between lists 1, 2 and 3.
• Press UP/DOWN to select the word you want,
then press "
" to hear the word.
• If there are no words inside the list, "EMPTY" is
displayed.
7. Resume Function
• When you turn your device off and on again, it
will return to the last screen you were looking at.
• Note: Your device will not resume, when
replacing the batteries.
8. Reset Function
Press the reset button on the back to return your
device to its factory default settings. Note: When
resetting your device, any recorded lists will not
be erased.

If you return a Franklin product, please include
your name, address, telephone number, a brief
description of the defect and a copy of your sales

return. Franklin strongly recommends using a
trackable form of deliver to Franklin for your
return.
Limited Warranty (EU and Switzerland)
Notwithstanding the disclaimer of warranties
above, this product, excluding batteries and liquid
crystal display (LCD), is guaranteed by Franklin to
be free of defects in materials or workmanship for
a period of two years from the date of purchase.
It will be repaired or replaced with an equivalent
product (at Franklin's option) free of charge for
any defect in workmanship or materials during
that time.
This warranty explicitly excludes defects due to
misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
This warranty does not affect the consumer's
statutory rights.
