The Robin R650 generator may not be supplying electricity due to several possible reasons:

1. No AC or DC Output: This can occur if internal components such as the condenser or rotor are faulty.
2. Defective Condenser: If replacing the condenser causes the generator to work, the original condenser is defective.
3. Rotor Issues: If the rotor winding resistance is significantly different from the normal value (11.5Ω), or if insulation resistance is low, the rotor is defective and should be replaced.
4. Coupler Connection: Improperly connected couplers between the generator and control panel can prevent operation.
5. Pilot Lamp Off: If the pilot lamp does not turn on, there may be a power or connection issue.

Each of these should be checked to diagnose the issue.
