Engine-to-Hydraulic Drives Belt
Adjustment (Hydraulic drive Input
Belt)

The hydraulic drive input belt is
located underneath the chassis at
the rear of the mower. The belt
should move approximately 1/8 to
3/16-inch with three (3) to five (5)
pounds of pressure applied to the
belt midway between the hydraulic
drive pulleys when initially installed.
After approximately 1 hour of
running time, verify that the belt
tension is still correct and tighten if
necessary
Important: Do not over-tighten the
belt.

To adjust the belt, turn the nut on
the threaded tension rod found on
the right, rear corner of the mower.

Do not over-tighten. This could
cause damage to the hydraulic drive
systems.

The hydraulic drive input belt is an
8PK 1690 multi ribbed v belt. GXi part
number M10-000469.
