TROUBLE HELP AND ADVICE Picture on the screen is OK • double check Menu/Settings/TV Outputs – if all selected options are in compliance with b ut there is no sound connection of set-top box to your TV (depending on type of your TV) • check the connection of AV cable (if you are connected via AV cable) • volume is down or MUTE button on remote control of set-top box or TV is pressed No picture • incorrect setting of TV Outputs on set-top box.
