Replacing the Batteries When the batteries are depleted the scale will display the low battery indicator. Please remove the batteries and replace them with fresh ones as soon as possible. © 2014 Hopkins Medical Products... -

The display will automatically shut off after 1 minute if the scale is not being used. To turn the scale off manually, press and hold "ON/TARE" for 3 seconds until the display turns off. © 2014 Hopkins Medical Products... -

If you find that your scale is not functioning correctly, please contact Hopkins Medical Products for assistance. Always examine your scale to make sure that there are no obvious signs of damage. Always inspect the AC Adapter to make sure the cord is not cut, abraded, or frayed and the prongs in the plug and the connector jack are not bent or corroded. -

Place a 10kg certified weight on the scale and wait until the 10 KG calibration numbers stabilize again.
