Using the Manual Mode Menu (
Taking pictures with AF (focus) lock
If you press
while activating focus lock (pressing the shutter button half-
way on page 41), the focus setting locks and the
monitor. The setting becomes effective even after you take a shot.
* To cancel the AF-lock, turn the camera's power OFF or press the Zoom or
