The Cabela's generator model 46578 may start and run but not produce power if the ground pin on the AC receptacle is not functional. The generator's stator winding is isolated from the frame and the AC receptacle ground pin, so electrical devices that require a grounded receptacle pin connection will not function if this pin is not working.
