messages

You can send and receive text (SMS/EMS) and
picture (MMS) messages and access your
voicemail. Each message type allows you to attach
different objects. The available options are displayed in
the Insert menu.

send a message

Find it: s

> Messages > Create Messages
> Create Message > Text Message or Picture Message
1 Press keypad keys to enter the message (for more
information about text entry, see page 34).
Tip: To insert a picture, sound, or other object,
press Insert.
2 When you finish the message, press Ok.
3 Scroll to a contact and press Add to select it.

4 Scroll to any other contact(s) you wish to add.
5 When you have added the contact(s), press Send.
quick text
The home screen provides easy access to the quick
text option using the right soft key QuikTxt, so that you
can send messages faster.

receive a message

When you receive a message, your phone plays an alert
e
and displays the (new message) indicator and a
new message notification. Press Read to read the
message immediately, or save it for viewing later. To
read messages in your inbox:
