    1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The USB Wi-Fi Adapter Energy P150 it’s compatible with Energy P2350/P3350 multimedia players / recorders. Just connect the Wi-Fi adapter to the player and you will enjoy movies, music or photos stored in the PC directly to your TV without wires.

    4. WIRELESS CONNECTION SETUP a) Make sure the player is powered on. b) Connect the USB Adapter Energy P150 to the player USB Host port. 1) Select Setup on the main menu or press the SETUP key on the remote control.
  • Page 6 2) Select the NETWORK tab. 3) Select the connection mode INFRASTRUCTURE (AP) and press OK.
  • Page 7 4) Select AUTO to search for any existing SSID. Service Set Identifier, or SSID, is a friendly name that identifies a particular 802.11 wireless LAN (this step for Energy P2350 only). 5) After searching, the SSIDs available are listed.
  • Page 8 6) If the network is not encrypted, press to select OPEN SYSTEM (this step for Energy P2350 only). 7) Otherwise, if the network is encrypted, select SHARED (WEP) or WPA KEY and press OK to introduce the access key.
  • Page 9 8) Select DHCP IP (AUTO) to set the IP address automatically (this step for Energy P2350 only). 9) The SETTING LIST will display the network settings configured automatically. Press or OK to save the settings and test the wireless connection (this step for Energy P2350 only).
  • Page 10 10) Press OK or to confirm. Please wait for a few moments while the connection test is running. 11) If the test results are positive, the network information will be displayed on screen.
  • Page 11 12) Press OK or to finish and return to the Network setup interface. 13) Press the SETUP button or to return to the main menu.

BROWSING FILES VIA WLAN In the file browser, select the option NET, there are two ways to browse the multimedia files shared in your wireless network: through the WORKGROUP or using MY SHORTCUTS. a) Browsing files through the WORKGROUP You can choose the workgroup which your PC belongs to in the workgroup list, find the PC name that you want to access and press to confirm.
  • Page 13 b) Browsing files through MY SHORTCUTS You can also set a specific IP address and access it from the menu ‘My shortcuts’. Video files with high image resolution (720p/1080i) can suffer some normal NOTE playback interruptions due to the network transfer speed limitations or signal strength.
